Pick Up Policy

At Swans Logistics Ja., we are committed to efficiency, security, and good customer service. As noted in our motto; Reliability in motion. To ensure a smooth experience, please take a moment to review our pick-up policy: This policy can be updated at any time without prior notice.
01. Notifications
Once your package is ready for collection, you’ll be notified by phone, email and or via the user portal. Make sure your contact info is current in your profile so you never miss an update. We will continue to send you friendly reminders until your package is picked up or reaches the 30 days threshold.
02. Identification (ID)
For your security, and in an effort to protect the fidelity of our pick up process a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Passport, Driver’s License, National ID) is required at pick-up. No exceptions.
03. Storage Fee
You have 5 business days after your first notification to collect your package with no storage fees. After that, you will incur storage fees beginning on business day 6. (Rates may vary by size and weight — contact us for full details.)
04. Unclaimed Packages
If your package remains uncollected 30 days after your first notification that your package is ready for pick up, it will be considered abandoned and may be liquidated or disposed of. No refunds or credits will be issued beyond this point.
