To use the services of Swans Logistics Ja. (www.swanslogisticsja.com), you must:

- Agree to comply with all applicable laws
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties under any circumstances.
03. User Accounts

- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
- You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- Agree not to use our services for illegal, unethical, immoral activities
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we detect fraudulent or harmful activity.
04. Use of Services
We provide shipping and freight forwarding services, including:
- Assigning U.S. and/or China shipping addresses
- Receiving and processing packages
- Transporting packages to Jamaica
- Notifying customers when packages are ready for pickup
You agree not to:
- Use our services for illegal or prohibited activities
- Tamper with or mislabel packages
- Provide false customs information
- Resell or redistribute our services without written permission
05. Package Handling and Pick Up
- You will be notified via email or SMS when your package is ready for pick up
- A Government-issued photo ID is required for all pick ups
- Packages must be collected within 5 business days to avoid storage fees
- Storage fees may apply thereafter, and packages left unclaimed after 30 days may be liquidated
06. Pricing and Payment
- All charges are based on weight, dimensions, and service type
- Payment is due before package release unless otherwise agreed
- We reserve the right to update pricing at any time with notice on our website or via email
07. Refunds and Claims
- Claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 7 days of pickup
- We are not liable for prohibited, misdeclared, or improperly packaged items
- Refunds are issued at our discretion and subject to verification of the claim
08. Limitation of Liability
Swans Logistics Ja. is not liable for:
- Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, disasters or acts of God.
- Loss or damage due to incorrect address or customer negligence
- Items prohibited under law or our policies
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific shipment in question.
09. Privacy
We protect your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data, and we follow Jamaica’s Data Protection Act and international regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal use
- Non-payment or charge back disputes
You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us in writing.
11. Changes to these Terms

12. Governing Law
